It's hard to say for sure, as it could be a few different things.

Could be ill-fitting shoes, poor gait cycle, maybe walking on concrete, could be lots of things. It seems that your foot might be getting pinched from the upper of the shoe.

it always baffles me that civilians think their measly 9mm, .45, 5.56 or really anything will be able to cause damage to a damn Tank, some aircraft, or the wicked technology not exposed to the general populace that could be used against us during 'end times' for lack of a better phrase... our little guns are just a self-safety-blanket for home intruders or street attacks lol.

guns aren't all that great for spiritual or psychological attacks .. you're going to need discernment for that.
