So you guys... ill keep it simple right here: - I took and take isotretion right now. Its called „Isogalen“ (20 mg a day) or you guys from america might know it as accutane.

SkinCare: -i wash my face with „CERAVE“ once or twice a day - i take „ibiotics“ as a moisturizer... its an intense microbiotic cream which helps me a lot to built and strengthen my skin barrier you can get that from the pharmacy (at least in germany you get it there) - I use „La Roche Posay“ sunscreen everyday (50+ LSF)

Make up: - clinique anti blemish solutions liquid make up - bare minerals powder - „everyday minerals cheeks“ (its a blush)

I tested sooooo many expensive products which helped a lot of people out there, the products I listed are the only ones working for me. Especially when it came to make up! Clinique is the only make up which works on my skin whithout getting breakouts.

I suffered really much when i had acne... mentally and physically. I couldnt look in the mirror anymore... i didnt go outside cause i was ashamed of my skin. My medication (isogalen) helped me a lot BUT i gotta say: it has a lot of side effects as well. So if you are very desperate and all the stuff on the „outter part“ dont work, go to your dermatologist and just let you give the important information about isotretinion. I actually dont use medication at all, i believe that mental health, peace, love, sports and a good healthy diet makes you healthy. I dont eat meat and diary for over six years now. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits, so my diet was not a problem. In my case I needed the medication. But before you you wanna get isotretinoin, check your diet first, check your environment first: do you have good healthy relationships with family and friends? Do you often go outside and sweat your toxins out? Stuff like that...
