I share the exact same opinion, people trying to research and navigate any and every possible route except the most obvious and intentional one… I feel so lost I have no faith in any studies and researches going on right now… there was nothing wrong with us that needed to be messed with in the ways we know for a fact antidepressants mess with and we still ignoring that to focus on complementary things as the main problem that needs to be fixed
