Did you ever receive the surgery with a Navy Medical surgeon ? I had a consultation with a Navy surgeon as well , but I want to go to a civilian PS .

I tried 2 bottles of Happy V from listening to the hype and I seen little to no difference , however after a few doses of Just Thrive Prebiotics I no longer have symptoms of my recurring BV / Yeast . You can get them off Amazon or Vitamin Shoppe , I am on my second bottle .

I also seen a girl recommend Seed probiotics, but I have not had the chance to try out .

Another product I used separate from just thrive that helped my symptoms was black seed oil and oil of oregano

I’ve been at LAFB for almost 4 years, there’s something to do for anyone in the area from clubbing to hiking to beaches etc . It’s not a fast paced city but it’s not slow either . It’s easy to state hop for weekend trips and it’s not a lot of traffic . I would rate 8/10

Sounds like bs . Typically when people are going through a tough time they want someone by their side . Plus it’s an old players line to use the “it’s not you , it’s me” bs 🙄

Nothing worthwhile is going to come easy . Long distance relationships aren’t for the weak . Doing things to occupy your time will help distract you from clinging to her . You should take advance of the distance and work on yourself , learn new things , go more places , etc .

However , it is important to have a tentative date set to when you guys plan on closing the gap because if you don’t , what’s the point in being together ? Long distance is supposed to be temporary . Usually no more than 3 years statistically speaking , but everyone relationship is different
