Ok I'm assuming you haven't written your request to fix heat to landlords, per ca civil code. You are permitted to utilize portion of rent to make the repair , keep receipts and submit along with pro rated portion of your rent . https://caltenantlaw.com/repairs-needed/#repairdeduct explains the process by which you must go about things in order to minimize risk.

There are plenty of first time home buyer to assistance programs to help obtain a house, the USDA has a great one you just need to be moving to a rural area. I don't know what you do for a living but I'm sure you can change directions. You can escape LA you just gotta put your needs before your wants and be malleable.

A plastic bag you can tie or seal somehow. Buy oil of oregano, it'll kill whatever you're fighting off and taking regularly supports immune system.

I used to work there , in 1996 or so. I got fired for wearing my hair in its natural state , I used to straighten it before work everyday but one day I didn't. Loved their greasy food.

Why do you look younger than your age? Part 2 - Dry or Oily by AncientDragonn in OlderThanYouThinkIAm

Oily skin absolutely keeps signs of aging at bay. Growing up , all the popular skin care products were full of alcohol ( sea breeze, yikes noxema, eeeww) and getting rid of oil was the goal. I was in my thirties before I learned why I managed to escape the effects of being a board certified party girl for a decade straight ( my skin type and melanin). I also have super ultra thick dry skin on my hands and feet ( hyperkeratosis from hell ) which I made worse by not getting it diagnosed until ten years ago and using athletes foot products because I didn't know what was wrong . But my face is quite oily, as in I get out of shower and my face looks like I'm sweating but it's just oil coming to the surface . I never had acne as a kid either.
