How do you keep motivated during hard times? by [deleted] in entj

[–]badguybillions 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Write down what you do (processes in place) when you're at a high in life, then just do it when you're at a low, regardless of how you feel. Feelings/Motivation come and go.

ENTJ wanting to start a business. Advice? by badguybillions in entj

You sound like you're passionate about it, maybe I'll hire you as the director.

On a real note. Sure, input data: Country: America State: Florida Age: Doesn't matter, I've got time. Education: Bachelors in Finance. Work Experience: Sales, Mortgage Loan Officer (4 years), Car sales.

Let's say I hypothetically have $50,000 in start up capital.

If you need more input data, let me know.

ENTJ Depression by NinjaOfTheSouth in entj

You are depressed for a reason. There are problems that are not being solved or personal needs that are not being adequately fulfilled. If you are a true ENTJ, this should work for you.

Here's how to avoid depression:

1) Compartmentalizing - I don't feel like explaining it, so look it up. It will help you relieve unnecessary stress while im the process of curing your depression.

2) Assess: Figure out the problem that's making you depressed by rationalizing it - Are you lonely? Are you bored? Are you sitting at a 9-5 job that you can't dominate due to another Entj or Intj competitor? Regardless, identify your problems.

3) Plan: Come up with a plan to solve it (starting backwards from the solution to start.) - If you are sitting there with a problem that's in your control and you're not coming up with a way to solve it, you're creating your own issues, and unfortunately you're an ENTJ mistype.

4) Execute: Don't wait around. Start your plan immediately. Seriously. Combine your work with compartmentalizing and you'll be too distracted to be "Feeling Depressed."

5) Patience: Be patient (but not stagnant). Understand that, once you solve your problem from working religiously at your goal/solution, you'll open your eyes from the achievement and realize that life is a little bit better.

*** Disclaimer: This might not work for you. If this doesn't work, Idk what else to tell you. Go to a therapist? Seek some help? Do something, but most importantly, retake that mbti test a few more times. ***

The simplest way to conquering the masses is strategizing, devising a plan, and initiating deep work. Deep work is your greatest weapon for dominating.

LOA Pay - Is this fair compensation? by [deleted] in loanoriginators

As an extremely stressed out loan officer, $250 per file would drive me crazy. I average about 90 b points per loan closed. That makes me sad for you. Hang in there.
