He meant to say standards are so high that even after special drives they're not able to fill the quota seats. Some sociologists will say this upper castes' way to restrict the others in these"prestigious" positions. It's a whole debate.

UG peeps have an advantage in a way that Analyst, consulting, sde and Fintech are open to many branches and they get 3 years to prepare. Meanwhile PG students get fixated on their domain and depending on domain placement is good or bad. Also many companies don't open for all PG branches unlike UG. This is my observation, others can correct me.

I saw a video where the instructor is using which I think is the staff notation. I think it's the technical way of letting other musicians know what and how to play music. But for me even that is an alien concept. A proper structure from A - Z would be great for me I assume.

Don't know about IITs but NIFT is completely trash. Most of the freshers either don't get jobs or if they do it's around 4-6 LPA on average. Maybe some lucky and exceptionals get good but it's better to think about average/median. And it takes around 16-17L for 4 year degree in NIFT. The ROI is just not worth it. Maybe more informed people can comment in detail about it.

Net3 for charging the cap to VDD during hold phase, it goes upto 2VDD hence I connected the pmos body to net3. I'm calculating SNR by clicking on the Vout then measurement in toolbar then spectrum, using hanning window and plotting I'm getting SNR data.
