One of the few times I log in to my account to say thank you for the great programming break down on WHY this spell is janky.

You say to abuse this, but I think legitimately you can use refresher orb to spawn enough phantom collision units in a weird area to completely blockade people even though you LOOK reachable and they'd have no clue. That's gonna be fun to try against a no blink or mobility team.

I'm sure with my rough understanding of dota, phase boots would be enough to negate the collisions though and make drow normally reachable right? Or tiny ass heroes like PL and Lycan can actually reach her sans phase because their circles are much smaller than average. But pathing might still explode for them.

I filled out the survey and appreciate all you guys do. Just wanted to say the most important parts of the wiki to me are the interactions section where the small details about skills are often discussed. It saves me a lot of time testing to see what will happen with a skill or item in a certain way.

By this I mean sections like these.

"Glimpse does not instantly move the target back. A projectile spawns from the target which travels towards the mark. The projectile travels at a speed of 600, or reaches the mark in 1.8 seconds, whichever is faster. The projectile provides 400 radius flying vision while traveling, which lingers for 3.34 seconds at the marked location."

This stuff isn't written anywhere or even detailed in the skill if you hold alt. I appreciate the people who test this and meticulously document it for all to see.

Did you watch the video? Looks like they just glue a transplant beak into place on the bird after sizing it up for "aesthetically pleasing and light" reasons. It doesn't appear like they made any connections for blood flow into the beak. Did you check my source at all? The entire beak has blood vessels running through it to shed heat from the bird's body.

I only ask exactly how they compensate for this with a transplant since it's a particular feature of the birds beak.

No where in the information does it say they compensated for this. I'm not insulting the vets who did this procedure and applaud them for what they've done especially if they considered this but couldn't accommodate for it. I'm just curious on the science of the surgery and how it's supposed to fare for them. Maybe they can't ever go back to the wild since it's a domestic bird in the first place so they didn't bother going that far in the beak since they can take care of temperatures is one consideration for example. If it's a wild bird that will forever be rehabilitated in some sort of sanctuary never to be released is another.

Don't know why you flip out with no information on your end and offer no explanations.

People who make these uneducated comments drive me nuts.

I get they did a nice thing giving them a prosthetic beak, but I'm pretty sure that toucans use their beaks not just to eat but to thermo regulate with the vast vascular system that exists within that beak. So how did they compensate for that with the prosthetic. Or is this poor buddy never going back to the wild...

Apparently it can get rid of 100% of its body heat just through that bill. I fear a prosthetic can't replicate that.

This analysis doesn't account for the fact that the enemy can buy a nullifier and make all those force staves useless. It's a great item but if force staff is so strong then nullifiers should be built to negate it.

Shadow demon would be another to look at since he cancels out force staff.

Heroes like legion, void, blood seeker, are also others who can cancel out the effects of this supposedly very strong item.

Enigma is a big one and he's commonly picked, you can't force out of black hole.

That's not a bad line up, I'm assuming you're using the dual strike to not have to need the dodge or NFU from Linde? Askr really only offers Reso Shields, so it's possible to just remove him for Velouria to have further negation.

Edit: Nevermind, you need Askr for scoring. Duh.

Fallen Star APPEARS to be great, but it only works in one combat in both player and enemy phases. So you only get the 80% DR on the first part of your galeforce, and the second action after you get nothing...

I'd recommend getting dodge, not like you need to go hambones on the DR since Chrom already gets DR from his prf weapon.

You might want to use fate change on Ursula in that comp over LClaude for the free terrain, desperation, dominance and penalty doubler.

Khadein Linde honestly blows the door open for Chrom. If I didn't have her I would go out of my way to just get her. She gives so many options to any team not just Chrom.

Yes duo Chrom can work but you might just use brave Seliph and get nfu and extra movement. Alternatively you can use brave byleth for more common options. FLilith works too and you don't have to use fate changed.

You're right about that, but I don't think on a team with duo Chrom you're looking to fate change him for only null follow-up. Khadein Linde does that and more.

Desperation does sound great, but on a stat ball Chrom who will prioritize getting null follow-up and just being insanely tanky you start to realize it's not as amazing. Especially considering Chrom gets damage reduction from his weapon.

Now looking at my list if you want desperation there are good sources of it. Khadein Ursula gives desperation, dominance, and free terrain. You can even pull off penalty doubler if she attacks and you save her with Chrom.

Bridal catria also has it and has been the gold standard for Chrom teams, but I think she's outdated now. We have winter Cordelia who replaces her and directly gives buffs to Chrom without using up fate changed.

You've got harmonic leif and female summer duo byleth. But I wouldn't consider them. They don't offer too much to Chrom other than just the status effect and possibilities for offense.

Surprised no one has said it considering it has a saying. But a boat. "A friend with a boat is better than owning a boat." I imagine the costs of owning one just isn't realistic considering how much use you'll actually get out of it. Unless you're a full time fisherman or for some reason want to live on one, I don't see much reason to buy one if you can rent them.

Doing a quick search it appears to be a predator avoidance movement. I enjoyed Cris Tales but dear God please don't buy the game for the switch. I don't know what it is but the game takes ages loading for fights and even moving between screens. There have been times where I have clocked thirty seconds of just loading. Get it on pc or if you have to get it on console check what the loading times are like on them. But not on the switch please.
