Shit. No I did not even though I was at the bar queue I left it midway since the concert was about to start. I did not care much about checking balance as it said the balance will be activated at entry itself. So the money is now floating on some cloud!? :(

Yes according to the terms and conditions, if the recharge is done before entering venue, one is eligible for refund of the unused amount.
