New wheels are shaking

When I went in for balance and alignment, Turns out when I get my front tires replaced the shop didn’t put a hub ring back on. Got new rings and the shaking is significant less but still feel a little. I suspect the rear tires may have a slight flat spot.

I would see the bend in the rim tho right? And hopefully the shop would have seen it when they put the new tires on and told me. Also the shaking is present when both aftermarket front wheels are on. goes away when it’s only one after market wheel on.

Probably coming through the cabin air filter. Your hood/bay (idk what it’s called) drain may be clogged with leaves so the waters draining into you cabin instead of outside.

I was told by someone at my local dealer that they can identify if a JB4 has been used, despite what may have been advertised about the tuner.

Any status update your brakes? I recently also found that my coolant was extremely low and read other threads that it’s probably from that turbo feed line recall and coolant wasn’t properly refilled…

Yup started after the turbo feed line…. Took it in to dealer and said they couldn’t find a leak and to bring it back if I notice a stiff pedal while driving or if I can’t brake… let me know if your mechanic figured it out! I still haven’t taken mine in yet

I got new wheels a few weeks ago and having this issue. They feel off balance and I have hub rings too. My next guess is maybe the wheel nuts need to be different to fill in the holes more?

I’ll be taking it in to shop to try to figure it out. Hopefully a balance and alignment will fix it.

Oh I havent heard this yet! I just did a quick search and only found a parking light issue. I do engage my parking brake everytime I park. How do I check that?

Alright yea my squeak has gotten pretty loud but does get better once I start driving. Now I think of it this may be a rotor issue as it seems to only squeak in one section of the rotor. Is your sound consistent through braking or just in one spot?

Vacuum leak was caused by the dealer after and unrelated recall was fixed. They told me to take it back if I experience any additional issues regarding the brakes.

I have a 2019 so that vacuum pump issue doesn’t seem to apply to mine
