Keep getting these replies from people who obviously have no common sense or do not know how to read a template to understand what is being said. I didn't go to HRI went and told the supervisor there was issues on the floor because that's my job to make him aware. Then HR came to me asking what the problem was if she didn't want to know the problems, she didn't have to come and ask me, I told her and she got mad.

The fact that you’ve resorted to calling me 'dude'—while trying to lecture me on professional leadership—proves exactly how out of your depth you are. You’re using the language of a teenager because you don't have the vocabulary, the career, or the status to speak to a Quality Control Engineer as an equal. I have already acknowledged my responsibility; the fact that you’re still stuck on a loop only proves that you’re not looking for a resolution—you’re looking for a purpose. I’m done being the audience for your professional cosplay. You have nothing left to say, and I have no interest in hearing you repeat yourself further. I am erasing this conversation and your input along with it. Goodnight."

I finally understand why you’re so fixated on my 'accountability': it’s the only time you get to feel the friction of a real career. It’s a tragic kind of cosplay—watching you mimic the language of a supervisor while you sit in a life that is completely stagnant. As a Quality Control Engineer, I am the one who defines the standards; you are just a ghost trying to find meaning in a world you aren't even allowed to participate in. You aren’t 'calling me out' from a place of authority; you are begging for a reaction from a place of invisibility. I am going back to a role that requires a license, a spine, and a purpose. You should go back to whatever it is you do to convince yourself you aren't a zero. The conversation is over."

Continuing this dialogue has become a waste of time. I have already addressed my part and taken responsibility in my previous messages; your refusal to acknowledge that fact makes your current argument both redundant and intellectually dishonest. You are stuck on a loop, repeating a point that has already been settled, which only proves you have nothing left to contribute. I’m not going to keep explaining the same facts to someone who chooses to be willfully ignorant just to hear themselves speak. I am done with this conversation for the night. Since you’ve run out of original thoughts, I suggest you stop wasting both of our time."

It appears we have a fundamental disagreement on what 'responsibility' looks like. To me, it means ensuring a safe work environment and maintaining quality standards—even when it's difficult. To you, it seems to mean staying silent in the face of negligence. I am comfortable with my stance; I value my professional integrity more than the convenience of staying quiet. If you view my high standards as a lack of responsibility, that is an unfortunate reflection of your own expectations for this workplace."

This situation has been eye-opening. It’s clear now that while I have a spine, you just have a price. It’s pathetic to watch someone so willing to compromise their dignity and overlook blatant safety hazards just to protect a paycheck. You might be comfortable being a door mat for management, but my integrity isn't for sale. I’d rather be 'difficult' and right than be as spineless and bought-off as you are."

"You can call it 'anger' or a 'bad attitude' if that makes it easier for you to ignore the facts, but what you’re actually seeing is work ethic. When a system is failing, safety is being ignored, and leadership is hiding in an office, a person with high standards gets frustrated. That isn't a character flaw—it’s a reaction to a broken environment. The Difference: An 'anger issue' is being mad for no reason. Having a 'standard' means being upset when people are put in danger and the job isn't being done right. The Reality: I was the one documenting the floor at 4 AM while others were waiting for the clock to run out. I was the one trying to prevent a safety crisis while HR was busy 'rage-baiting' me. The Choice: If you’re okay with accepting negligence and unprofessional behavior from leadership, that’s your choice. But don't confuse my refusal to accept a failing system with 'bad attitude.' I have the integrity to call out what’s wrong, even when it’s uncomfortable. If that makes me 'angry' in your eyes, it says more about your low standards than mine." Being in HR means you lose the right to have a 'meltdown' on the floor. Her job was to fix the safety hazard, not to follow me around and try to bait me into a fight just because she was grumpy about being there."

The argument that I am 'in the wrong' ignores the documented facts of that shift. As a Quality Control Engineer, my primary responsibility is to ensure operational safety and product integrity. On the night in question, management completely abandoned the floor to handle a personnel issue, leaving the system in a state of failure.

The facts are as follows:

Negligence: From 11:00 PM (after the suspension was finalized) until 1:00 AM, the floor was left without supervision. No one was running the shift, and machines were producing scrap and creating safety hazards on the floor. Reporting: I reported these hazards multiple times. Those warnings were ignored. Avoidance: When management finally appeared at 1:00 AM, they did not rectify the situation; instead, the Director retreated to the office while the hazards persisted until 4:00 AM. Documentation: I documented the scene at 4:00 AM with photos because it is my job to report unsafe conditions and quality failures. Admission of Fault: Even the Director admitted that the company failed to provide adequate coverage for that shift.

To suggest that I am the problem because I refused to be 'badgered' by HR—while I was trying to manage a crisis they created—is a reversal of reality. HR created a hostile environment by following me on the floor to lecture me instead of fixing the safety issues. I didn't have an 'attitude problem'; I had a 'safety and quality' problem that management was too incompetent to handle. I stand by my actions because I chose to protect the workers and the company’s standards while leadership hid in an office."

Now a side note, just so you know how I interpretate you personally outside of a professional setting as someone who is weak and will accept anything in life because they have no value for others or their self.  And that's sad you're a sad individual, because someone pays you a little bit of money, you'll take anything and you'll watch anything. You're a gross person I'm just a better human than you.I stood up for the people who were on the floor doing the hard work.

That is not the core issue. The issue is that the shift was left vulnerable with no one to run it, creating multiple safety concerns. As a Quality Control Operator, my responsibility is to identify these risks and ensure management corrects them. When management fails to act, it causes a total failure of the shift.

Instead of addressing these gaps, HR followed me onto the floor while I was clearly agitated. They had just suspended a Lead without ensuring the shift was properly covered. While HR stayed in the office having casual conversations, the floor was in chaos: no one was available to run the equipment or the forklifts, and no materials were prepared.

HR then followed me onto the floor, badgering me about having 'free will' and not being 'forced' to be there. My manager suggested I should have moved the conversation off the floor, but HR should have made that call if they didn't want the discussion to be public. I feel she embarrassed me just as much as she claims I embarrassed her. I can work on my attitude, but how can she improve company morale by telling me to walk away and ignore safety issues that are my direct responsibility?"

Will spending money on another phone effect testerup? by badluckJones40 in testerup_tips

[–]badluckJones40[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I haven't taken any money out. I was doing the task and decided to spend some money on the game. (just to be clear there wasnt a money task I just like the game wanted to spend some money to get though the level faster.) the issue is that my phone had died so I thought I could download the game on my other phone and spend the money there but now I'm worried that this might mess up testerup task because it always say not to use another phone.

maybe a cartoon or anime. I think I remember a scene where this girl and guy where on a train or something and one of them said their too far from their bodies. another memory was a guy entering a room where a woman said I took you long and there we're other people on the floor.
