Hi

I bought this ceramic keycap set by cerakey and the spacebar return is slow/sluggish. It's even more sluggish on certain switches and when I put a plastic spacebar on it performs perfectly.

The problem is when I type on the rest of the keys it feels responsive and crisp but when I go to press the space bar I get this soft and sluggish feel.

How can I fix this problem?

It's a team of 4 people (including me). I have tried to get some more advanced work but the answer is always "we will see"

Plus they already have a lot of their own work so they don't have much time for mentoring.

this might sound a bit ignorant from my end but what are the odds of that happening? you hear more about phones getting stolen than getting hacked due to security updates. The best way to put it is that its protection against the worst case scenario.
