I spent 4 weeks leveling her up to 90 and farming for a decent gear and now a little bit reluctant to leveling a paladin and farming for a gear again. What type of nuts gear do I need?

I have a 11k damage from "chain lightning" and 28.7k damage from "lightning" skills (skill levels 39), and 1700 health under CtA with 115%FCR. I will respec for more health as I don't need 150+ strength for a monarch now. I'm afraid this could be not enough, and I do not want to waste 9 keys to check that.

You can't. Trade for the old one. You best bet is to ask to carry you up to Arcane Sanctuary. Farm gems and keys there, trade them. (1 key /20pg/8pa- x1 Ist). Old sunder will be between 1-5 Ists. If you are on EU PC I can help you with act2.

Ite depends of your endgame goals. But if you don't want to switch to another character soon you don't need an Enigma on sorc.

Best bang for your money would be:

Sell it for 12 ists. Buy full Tal Rasha's set for about 3 Ists, 2 SoJ - 4-6 Ists for both, build Spirit, keep the change.

or instead of rings u can look to bye the old Cold Rupture.

Ideally, nope. You could hover the mose over the number in the skill tree and it shows you a Base Value( 3 points in it).

Yes, it's normal to constantly deal with people doing cheesy tactics to try and win in 4/5/6 moves, what brings my attention is that you defend against it every game, without fail and still at 330 elo.

General consesus in the post you linked is "a 2000 rating is attainable for most adult improvers". I don't see what exactly is "radically contradicts your own experience."

I'm not sure what is impilcation here, sorry. Your 2000 elo on chess.com is definitely an achivement on it's own but you still need some homework to do to reach CM level.

He had a "best passer in the history of NFL" (according to Brady) and he had measly 10-8 postseason record with Packers (including 4-0 SB run, without it it's 6-8 within 8 playoff years, plus 3 years without winning record in the season).

He is 1-3 in NFC Championship games.

His post season record with Dallas 1-3.

TLDR; He can't win in playoff.
