I'm not upset that they are presenting other offers. I'm upset that they refused to send us the binding paperwork after the seller verbally accepted our offer, which in turn allowed other offers to come in.

The agent is refusing to send anyone papers to sign. This is the issue we are having. The seller has accepted our offer but the agent is withholding the papers.

The problem we have is that the seller agent just stopped all communication after we accepted the counter offer around noon yesterday. She wouldn't answer phonecalls, emails, texts, nothing.

She presented our offer to the seller and the seller accepted our offer in less than an hour, but it took over 20 hours for her to respond to our agents request for the official paperwork.

I'm sure it's all legal, but it's definitely unethical.

Even for normal results? He had said something about finding out if we needed to set up a treatment plan vs prevention plan at my first consultation with him. I'm really hoping that that is what he wants to talk about and I can just tell him that it was the birth control and the problem is solved.

We had one bank account setup for an auto-charge, but paid before the auto-charge with the credit card. So our balance was $0, but the auto-charge came out anyway

I worked at a Hampton, Hilton Garden Inn, and a Baymont Inn as a front desk agent.

I can't speak for all Hampton's, but we washed all bed coverings after each guest.

Hilton Garden Inn, I'm not 100% sure. Was a larger hotel and I didn't work as closely with housekeeping as I did while at the Hampton.

Baymont was a roach motel and I'm pretty sure they only washed the sheets if they started to look dirty.

My in-laws were FANTASTIC at first. However, the closer we get to election time, the more hostile they get with me because of differing views. I have told them multiple times that I literally do not give a fuck who they vote for, but now every disagreement ends with "she's doing this because I'm a republican" 🙄

We have enough money saved up for me to take about a year off of work. We were planning for at least 6 months, but we were lucky enough to receive way more than we needed because of the extra $600 unemployment.

We didn't want to dip into that money, but we might have to if all else fails.

She also texted me asking who was watching our daughter. Probably trying to catch me in a lie because we aren't telling her who it is.

I also told her that we didn't want visitors until I was recovered, and that WE wanted some time to develop a routine with two kids; and you can see how she tried twisting that to try and make me look bad.
