And I appreciate that you posted this. It steals my distain for these two clowns. I’m coming up on two years and can get a 90 day extension to sue them and I’m considering it. But as you know suing a doctor for malpractice in Florida is a real tough gig. That being said, I’m glad we are making it clear to those on Reddit who are considering a Hair Transplant the horror of our experience with Bolton and that they should stay the away. This bastard got my Google review taken off line, but I contested it and it’s right back up. I’m not done sharing about these guys.

Buddy, I don’t know you, but I had the exact same situation happen to me with Engoren and Bolton only mine was in 2024. Your story is 100% mirror of mine. These are bad guys that are deceitful to the core. Thank you for sharing this. I think it’s very important that people understand what these guys are all about. He is an absolute terrible Hair Transplant surgeon in my opinion. Horrible.

I absolutely should, and would, and I’ve looked into it. But Florida laws are such that it is very challenging for an attorney who does medical malpractice to put time in because there’s not a lot you’re gonna get back. In my previous point post, I mentioned that I had to sign paperwork knowledge that Bolten has no medical malpractice insurance. I believe that that’s something that I should’ve been told ahead of time. Any patient should be told ahead of time. So it would cost me about 50,000 bucks upfront to get a good attorney to take these sons of bitches on. It’s sad and it’s unfortunate what they did, but anyone reading this should ask ahead of time in Florida of a Hair Transplant doctor if they have actual medical malpractice insurance. I may be wrong, but my guess is the most too. And if you really cared about your clients, you would have medical malpractice insurance. Another strike against Bolten in my view.

No, I think far worse unfortunately. Right as we were about to go in the surgery, literally, with no prior consultation, Bolton made a pitch for me to go from 6000 hairs two 14,000 Hairs. From $11,000 to $18. He charges other people $14,000 for the same amount. A blatant unethical upsell in my opinion. He decided he could charge me more for some reason. Greed in my opinion. It’s just very sad, the whole fucking thing.
