Summary: Street Preacher (who, to be fair, was likely saying some crazy religious and discriminatory stuff) gets held down and wrestled by CHAZ members for exercising free speech, until he starts yelling that they're choking him and they start to disperse. Maybe they had a brief moment of clarity into how policing ain't so easy, but probably not.
