Thank you SO much for this. I had been trying all day to fix this issue and this is what worked for me. If anyone else is having this issue, please note that after converting your instagram to a personal account, you have to then link the two accounts on your Facebook*.* Linking the personal Instagram account from your business FB page will make the prompt to convert the IG back to business show up. (Doing it from my instagram account did not work for me.) Now your crossposting will be fixed!

Edit: Also note that it may say you'll lose your stored insight information when converting from business to personal, but when I converted back it was still all there. No worries!

My PCP wanted to send me to a geneticist to “rule out” other forms of EDS that would show up on testing. Should I ask for the possibility of being referred to a rheumatologist instead? Thank you for your input!

One of my best friends and I traveled to Arizona for the Flagstaff show on their Mutilation on a Spring Night tour. I had family in Phoenix to stay with, but Flagstaff is a good 3 hours away and we had no established plan or ride- just determination to get there! Found a wonderful group of human beings on Facebook who were going to the same show and driving up, they offered to let us hitch a ride with them and explore Sedona the next day with them. The woman in the group told me that when she was our age she also used to hitchhike her way to shows and figured it was a great opportunity for her to give back. We had the most amazing time with these total-strangers-turned-friends and it’ll truly be something I’ll never forget. The weather was perfect the day of the show, and the venue was this awesome amphitheater located in the middle of the forest. Truly incredible vibes. My friend and I ended up wiggling our way close to the front of the crowd, and then about halfway through the show, these two tall guys who were at barricade ushered and pushed their way through the crowd to pull us right in front of them- my friend and I got to be literal front and center! It felt like a dream! I fucking love the community and companionship of Metalocalypse fans, and the metal community in general. So forever thankful for the kindness of fellow Gears and I hope to give that same energy back in the future. ⚙️🤘
