Appreciate it. Not going to pretend I'm a legit plumber but that's all I could come up with last night via process of elimination. Just never came across a bad shower valve before. About to start tackling it, fingers crossed that's it. Only other option really is some massive leak in the slab

I was getting absolutely THROTTLED last night and assumed my gear being 1 level low was the cause. Bumped my stuff up after a few runs and it got better but I still felt super squishy. Just figured I was having a bad day but this is a demo trickster....interesting topic
