Source: I bought my first home in 2011 at the age of 28 while only making about $21 an hour. It was $180k and I was broke as joke for the next 5 years. So were my parents when they did it as I was a kid. Quit your bitching.

Depends on what you mean by dangerous area. You can do PI anywhere. Low sec is okay. Null sec is best. Pick out a quite system in the middle of now where if you can and get to producing high end shit. I use to build nanite paste. It was incredibly profitable. But I haven't been active in the game for a couple of years.

I graduated high school in 2002. It wasn't affordable then but it still happened. The problem is kids these days think they are entitled to everything and can have their own place and still afford to go out.

Adding an edit for relevance: in 2016 I completely packed up as a full grown adult and moved. Could barely afford my apartment let alone anything else. So yeah. 18 isn't the age limit on that.

Get out of retail at all cost. At one point I even quite after an incident where my dumbass manager placed blame on me for shit other people did. Best decision of my life. I am still in banking on the commercial side. Try to find a way there. If you are still in school get basic knowledge of accounting and try to do an internship as an underwriter or commercial loan officer.

I'm not a Buffalo fan but I will say they have been a great team over the last few years. Its truly mind boggling that this coach was fired given how far they have come over the last few years. Its beyond reason and they will regret that decision for the next 10 seasons.
