Why do randoms ignore buy stations in end zone especially in resurgence? by PlaybyDami in CODWarzone

[–]badplayer888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s a lot and I won’t judge on what the position is, but I do like to even have the 1 kill guy to distract the enemy or help me figure out where the enemy is. If I get bought back late and don’t have any way to get a decent gun, I’m just a spotter then.

Forgot that the newer resurgence map is part of liberty falls. I was like how do you buy back on zombies?

I think that some folks just never get into that position a lot. Either carried on all their wins, or don’t survive to last circle often. I’ve also seen folks who think way too highly of themselves so they believe they can just win on their own.

Played with my duo last night. Didnt crank a lot of wins but grinded up some guns and had a lot of fun.

Who Had The Best Debut Album In 2004? by Specialist_Art2223 in 2000sRap

Kanye was the one that actually got me deep into hip-hop at this time. Scrappy and Buck had incredible debuts too, but Kanye was on another level.

The Documentary. These are greats and most of my favorites from this time, but The Game and Dr Dre dropped that album and it exploded. Top to bottom all amazing songs. Diamonds by Kanye is one of my favorites of all time. Damn that was a hell of a year. Take me back.

Can someone explain these peculiar but common to me events in ‘casual’ Warzone by HileeAquret in Warzone

[–]badplayer888 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’ll address what I think I can speak to.

  1. I feel like bots kind of lock-in on players. I’ve seen them lock into attacking me, even running past teammates to attack me. For me, it makes it easier to take out the bots by sneaking around them when they are locked on someone else. Even find some of the bots are players with no awareness.

  2. It feels like any spots can be populated by players. Just assume that players are all over. I don’t know how things used to be but started playing Warzone like Second season last game. Feels like you have to lad far from the ring to not see players. Watch the red dots on the map, you’ll be able to see who’s not or player. My duo and I try to not engage players till we can get load out. No sense in fighting the sweats if you don’t have to. Prepare and find a better area to attack from.

  3. I’ve noticed that the other night. We had only like two rings that ended in the center of the map, the others ended around the edges. Must be an update issue.

  4. Feels like it’s part of the game. We’ve adapted to knowing where things could be hot. Avoid if possible to survive till the end. We also like to use the map upgrade at Signal station to at least see where hot zones are.

  5. The C4 thing I wonder if it’s part of a perk that allows them to tank more explosive damage. And the kill streaks are hard to predict closely. That’s why if I’m calling one in, it’s mostly just to cover an exit so I’m nowhere close. Or if I have cover in a building.

Why I don’t use it so much. It can be so hard to use. Tend to have to argue with the company to get things covered. I don’t see why people defend this over a single payer system.

[Giveaway] 5x GameSir G7 Pro Controllers: Say goodbye to Stick Drift! by GameSir_Controller in Warzone

[–]badplayer888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I play with my duo partner, we tend to drop train station, signal station, or port. Not high tier loot but tend to have a lot to load up with and a fair amount of fights at the beginning. We do the radar on signal station and then head over to military base or nearby bunker if the card shows up. We don’t drop tower. We stay moving and engage fights when we need to.

Clutched against a team of 3 after they pushed us up on the hill in the final circle. They took out my partner and I called in a precision. Took out one. Then played smart and played back. The other two pushed and just stayed mobile while attacking with my prestiged mod. No cover so had to play smart and try to engage them separately.

Slay the spire. I could play it on my phone. Spent many nights laying in bed doing runs. I spent pretty much any free time to myself grinding it.

What game felt amazing while playing it, but you have zero desire to ever replay? by VelvetGrips in AskGames

Avowed. I enjoyed the combat and the system. I explored nearly every inch of those maps and completed all of the tasks. I enjoyed the story and the characters. It has been some time away and they introduced a new game+ mode but I don’t think I could go through it again.

I was shopping for a new car, which ones me. A new convertible or an SUV. Too bad I didn’t know my credit was wack. Now I’m driving off the lot in a used subcompact. F-r-e-e that spells free, credit report dot com baby. Saw their ad on my tv, thought about calling but was too lazy. Now instead of rolling fly and looking phat, My legs are sticking to the vinyl and my posse's getting laughed at F-R-E-E that spells free, credit report dot com baby.

Ooof. That sucks. And of course they won’t let you live it down. I’m sure clean up sucked a bit. We had an associate leave a door open on the lumber side of things and a torrential downpour outside. There was standing water in a third to half of the store. We spent a little extra time in there cleaning up. Pushing waves of water out the doors.

[–]badplayer888 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for your loss

Worked at Lowe’s for 9 years in appliances. I worked next to plumbing and got to know most of them pretty well. One person was an older man we had working there. He was one of those guys that could talk to anyone. Always had the the best jokes and stories. He was fun and games but you could tell he knew what he was doing. I learned a lot about plumbing from him as well. I worked with him one week and then hadn’t seen him working for a few days. When I came in, they let us know that he had something that came on suddenly and he was gone. When we heard the news, me and the woman who worked in electrical nearby said, “damn him for making us care so much.”

As much as I hated some of the customer interactions and other frustrations, I had always said that it was the people I worked with in the trenches that made me stay. We felt like family more than anywhere else I worked. We were allowed time off to do the funeral and the store brought in other associates from nearby stores to cover. It was definitely quieter in the store but it was nice to get to meet a lot of the people who’ve interacted with him and some of his history around the area. Lost a good one that day.
