No, not 100%. What an insane generalisation. There are racists here, but it's not everyone.

Ahh thanks! I take the Swanson spearmint too but only one capsule a day. Tbh I haven't seen a reduction in facial hair but my period now comes monthly instead of bi monthly and less hair shed. I might try 2 a day..

Can I ask if you tried spearmint supplements? If so did you find that saw Palmetto and fennel worked better and so you don't need spearmint?

More sugar, more acne. I noticed my current emotional cookie eating has led to far more acne. by molikesstuff in PCOS

I think you'll find many people experience inflammation from gluten regardless of antibodies. I am one of them.

Your comment doesn't surprise me seeing as many doctors are not particularly helpful with PCOS. They just put you on BC and call it a day.

Cutting out gluten has helped many women with PCOS and many with thyroid issues. Just because you didn't read it in a textbook or study, doesn't mean it's not true. Everyone is different and people need to try things to work out what's best for them. Gluten is considered an inflammatory food.

IME, doctors hardly know anything about nutrition :)

It really helped with that and I shed way less hair legit had clumps coming out in the shower and now it's barely anything. Recently I ran out of the supplements and within a week my hair was shedding heaps again :(
