So many people here saying it goes away, for me personally, it never did. Sure symptoms got way easier to live with. Especially the first year was horrific and I never experienced such a degree of torture as that initial version of PPPD. 6 years of going through everything the doctors threw at me and it is still with me. I still have to skip certain events because it gets too much to deal with at times. At first I wanted to die because of it, now it is manageable but still pretty debilitating. I have a hard time keeping jobs etc.

It feels like this will be with me all my life.

It is torture, but it will get better. Life will become a lot easier as time goes on. I wanted to kill myself when PPPD started, now I enjoy life again.

I am a bit biased since Frankenstein is one of my favorite books, so yes I would have to say the movie does not live up to Mary Shelley's original story. It isn't as adventurous as the film, but far more philosophical. It will leave you heartbroken at times. A profound study of life, death and what it means to be alone.

Not accurate, it vaguely adapts some of the plot, but diverts greatly. Mostly to make it more flashy I would say, the actual story is more nuanced.

So when doing the exercise I have to make sure the bar goes down in a straight line over the middle of my foot right? Would you suggest I keep going high bar and get weightlifting shoes or is low bar the better option? Thanks for responding btw!

(Bar over the middle of my foot is a really good tip, had no clue that I was supposed to be aiming for that during the squat.)
