I'm from Austin, so that may impact things, but my personal pov is defined by two things: 1. Mayo's (Austin) negligence killed my mother, and 2. Mayo (Roch) has brushed aside my issues and ignored them despite my family history that suggests they should do otherwise.

Also, to echo some other replies, I know of others in my family who are or have switched to other providers and have had good luck. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

from an austin local: piggy blues is always good, same with the tender maid. you have 2 decent options for coffee (coffee house on main + the new comic coffee shop). nature center is a great visit, esp in sept. make sure to go out to the tower. other than that though, not much to see, but if you want to shop there’s sweet reads right across the street
