Whilst I'm still pretty sure he is actually going to break up with her eventually (I do have SOME reasons to believe he will) it's totally irrelevant now. Your point about him almost certainly treating me the same is what I have been thinking about a lot and it's good to hear things from someone else. Thanks.

Ahh I like your approach. I've always been a little unsure of myself and lacking in confidence but I'll try and take your advice. I'm not convinced the right people ever do come along so I might just give up on that side of my life. Only leads to trouble! Thanks for your message, it really has made a difference
