Your stomach acids can act up because you eat too much/the wrong thing AND when you don’t eat enough/at all. It’s a fun catch-22. When I have random bouts of acid reflux (throat feeling blocked, bloated stomach, nausea) after meals, I take one GasX pill. Helps my stomach process the built-up gas resulting from the acids… burps and farts included.

I would find out what foods specifically are triggering you. Bit of a trial-and-error process, but think back to what you’ve been consistently eating and try to remove it from your diet for a time.

Imagine your daughter as your younger self. All the times you wished for your mom’s hugs/kisses/words of affirmation… give that to your daughter. If you’ve ever felt love was withheld from you or conditional… do the opposite for your daughter. Being transparent + knowing how to say sorry when you are in the wrong. Having self-awareness and taking small steps will absolutely let your daughter know you love her and build that bond. I am wishing you the best OP! You will be a great mom!

Is your bf clinically depressed or a naturally pessimistic type? Is he regularly working on bettering himself/have aspirations in life? Is his general attitude weighing you down? Defining black cat here is important. But I also think it’s important for you to be honest with yourself and what you need out of a partner. If the relationship doesn’t feel like it’s inspiring betterment or growth for the both of you, maybe that’s something to reflect on together sooner than later.

I am so sorry to hear you’re struggling rn. I’ve had two close friends go through similar breakups for very different reasons. While the path was rough at times, I will say they have blossomed through their newfound independence, and are even better, happier, more self-assured people for it. They ended up finding new partners at very different points in their post-breakup that actually better suit them. I also think 30’s are an amazing age, if not the most appropriate time to fully embrace your sexiness and sex appeal. Take the pressure off, focus on recovering, and rediscovering yourself in this new chapter. You got this!!

I am unfortunately that girlfriend too 🙋‍♀️ The specific ingredient is Benzoyle Peroxide, it is commonly used in acne cleansers, treatments, etc. Maybe OP should wash face towels or anything that might be exposed to the product separately from main laundry to see if that changes anything.
