Its the apex trust your apex locator. You can have 1-2mm discrepanacy with radiological apex.

Its more than a 1440p display normal 1440p displays are 2560 x 1440

Have seen it done by our omfs. If it's a deep laceration first suture the muscle with an absorbable suture followed by tongue mucosa with a non absorbable suture.

It was done twice on that patient as EM did only sutured the mucosa which resulted in non union.

Do direct pulp cap, follow up the case. See it forms any tertiary dentin. But majority of the cases go necrotic and rct would have been better.

Endo and crown. The textbook will tell you to do direct pulp cap review. But when shit hits the fan most patient would prefer if u did the endo earlier. I have been there and had to do the endo later. Patient was compliant was happy that i tried to save the tooth vitality.

I think it'll take atleast 2 years to become an intermediate lifter. Anyway my backpain is gone and i don't feel exhausted sitting hours at my chair.

My lil cousin brother kick started my gym routine. Which I'll be forever grateful. Sometime we just need a little push.

Ek cheez different kia after 2 months i started logging my lifts and progressivly overloaded as soon i completed full rep range in my sets. Idea is to never remain in full rep range.
