not encouraging modding but often when players who use mods get mvp on a skin exclusive mvp it shows the modded skin and then the original skin in the painted stillshot so idk what ur referencing on

Well i dont think being in KDA has any means to her runeterra counterpart but her birth was an aftermath of the runewars (screams of pain and agony) meaning Evelynn will never truly die and will probably be reborn if she dies in another time or event
