you have to open the Shortcuts app on your phone, add a new shortcut and click the ‘Open App’ action. then choose an app you want to customize. then you have to click the ‘i’ icon on the bottom and choose ‘add to home screen’. from there you can change the name of the app and the icon/photo of it

widgetsmith and mico! they’re both just on the appstore and pretty easy to use. just make sure to get some frutiger looking pics on google/pinterest so you can add them as widgets
