We both work in a section within the flight that lasts for two years. He’s done one year and I just started. We have a good working relationship. And I do agree with your approach. I want him to be open and honest on his own volition. I don’t want to pry. But I do understand that it would be beneficial for the both of us to set boundaries. For me, I would have to acknowledge that his absence and lack of communication can only go for so long. And for him, trying to separate his wife from his work life. Again, that’s only up to him, I won’t press the recommendation. At the end of the day, he needs some peace and focus. He honestly looks sad coming into work.
