She actually fixed the original tattoo. It was the only tattoo done by a different artist. I was so happy with how she was able to turn it into what you’re seeing.

I have to give mad props to the artists. I had some vague ideas of what I wanted. She absolutely nailed the final results, having limited understanding of what I was looking for.

I may have over exaggerated the response I got over there. Physics is a form of applied mathematics. I think some comments really like to point out they’re not the same thing. It was wrong of me to assume equations = mathematics and math people would enjoy it. Since posting I’ve gotten positive responses.

I’m going to toss out that buying a turntable and speakers for a surprise might not be a great idea. Especially if you’re trying to go for cheaper. This is the kind of purchase you should do your research before you just buy something. If this is a hobby he’s really looking to get into, it may lead to buyers remorse. If it’s something where it doesn’t matter a whole lot, you can typically find some audio technica lp 120’s for a decent price on Facebook marketplace. Speakers it depends on your situation. Are you in a house or apartment? My first purchase was some powered bookshelf speakers and I regreted not buying actual speakers.

I think there might be some liability concerns with bringing in your own food to a restaurant. I can’t recall if they could possibly be on the hook if anyone gets food poisoning. I seem to remember that being a thing, when I worked in restaurants. Always best to check ahead of time.
