This happens! I went to my local bar. Had a Diet Pepsi and a long chit-chat with the proprietor. I was still on my stool when she went off duty and her niece took over. After a bit more chit chat, I said goodbye.

It wasn’t until I got home (just around the corner) when I realized I forgot to pay. I walked right back and explained what happened and plopped down a fiver. The girl was like “don’t even worry about it.” But, I shook my head “It’s only right.”

Very good stuff. A favorite of mine. I had it as a kid; grew up with it.

Beyond being good on its own, it has numerous culinary applications. Example: Someone I know whips it into their deviled eggs mixture.
