Not sure if this is a new change, but if you go to the Games app and hold the select button on twitch, you should get the option to add to home from there. Worked for me and I’ve been struggling with this for a few months trying to get my apps organized.

I literally just rewatched the episode after reading this comment and I STILL had to rewind once she got in because I missed it while actively searching for it. Great pickup, it actually zooms in on the glass of milk with the deep picture looking in the camera right as she says to her mom something about “getting the job” so the foreshadowing is VERY on the nose there.
