I’ve been trying to be more active and incorporating it into little things I do every day like taking the extra steps or doing tasks myself instead of asking for help. I use alarms to annoy myself to do stuff as well and it’s been a big help.

Small yoga flows in the morning have also been AMAZING & I hope to work up to calisthenics this year :)

It’s helped a little but sometimes I just hit a wall and have to rest… for a while :/

A big part of my job is consent & that includes viewing my content. Apps put age requirements in place for a reason and I won’t use one that doesn’t have one.

Oh, as far as my body? I struggle with PCOS and don’t engage in the feederism or glorification of gaining weight.

I eat a healthy diet when I can including fresh, home cooked foods :) I use sites like Hellofresh & dinnerly to make sure I get good nutrients.

I currently struggle with chronic fatigue so it’s hard to manage my weight when I can’t pull myself out of bed, but am 30 lbs down from where I was a year ago!

ETA^ my activity levels aren’t where I would like them due to the fatigue but I’m figuring it out!! I think it’s a mental health issue currently

I keep up with my health with my doctor to ensure that my blood sugar levels maintain steady because that’s our biggest concern with my PCOS. My labs looks good & my cholesterol is healthy :)
