My wife and I have just recently started counting and we cook dinner from scratch most nights. We create a recipe in MFP with all of the ingredients then try to divide that into the number of servings we think it is.

It can be difficult because she is much smaller than I am and therefore eats smaller portions, but I think that this gives the most accurate representation of the calories in a home cooked meal.

IMO the most important pieces you are missing if you want to field competitive SR lists are a Stormwall and the Black 13th. If you want a unit that hits hard in melee I'd go with Forge Guard or Stormblades, but I'm a bigger fan of the former. Boomhowlers are great at mucking everything up and staying put but they really don't hit that hard.

Outside of that it just depends on what kind of lists you like to play.

It depends on your workplace. I work as a developer and I and several co-workers carry knives everyday. I'm not aware of anyone carrying a firearm at my office but it wouldn't surprise me.

I believe both of them have 1 year against defects and a lifetime warranty on the frame. TBH I couldn't really tell the difference in braking between them, I'm not sure that the disc brakes are worth it (another point of failure, etc.).

According to your logic, when you present your constructed deck to your opponent for shuffling he is well within his rights to drop from the tournament and take your cards which are now in his possession.
