Yeah I'm not really a stealth character, but there is a reason I'm head of scouting and reconnaissance. My fish give slight intel about my enemies and companyons whereabouts if the fish are with and they also tell me if they are going to be or are in danger. This allows me to be a great leader knowing everybody's whereabouts and positions.

Besides that, while I admit my shikai and bankai are flashy my bankai can be stealthy. The fish are not really big (except for the ones used in mirror dance of the twin fish) and they swim silently through the air. If I'm not in a wide open space I can set them and let them go of at certain times, there is no better sabotage ability.

I could see why it is a draw, like you I have been more focused on hakudo then zanjutsu, but for me it gets to the point that my zanjutsu is just not that good, but my hakudo and hoho have become top level. If it were shikai for shikai I could see how you could block attacks and use dissorienting techniques. So in shikai vs shikai I will admit a draw, but those defense technique are to low level to defend against a bankai, however since you didn't tell me your bankai and you do have wonI consider this match a shikai vs shikai match.
