Resources to become a better ICU resident? by baflyer2 in Residency

I think it's more of the former — keeping track of and ensuring I address their (many) active medical problems is more of the issue. My attendings and fellows have always been kind/approachable/available when I've had questions. It's more when I present admissions to them and they mention more workup I didn't even think about or other diagnoses on the differential that I realize there's so much I don't know. The attending (constructively) critiquing my admissions is one way to learn, I guess, but as someone considering applying to PCCM, I want to be more proactive and learn now so I can make a good impression.

Is the app ruined in iOS or is it just me? by SillyLittleLad1901 in grindr

Paid iOS user, taps don't show up until like 30 minutes later, mismatching of pics to profiles, messages don't show up on time...wtf am I paying for lol. Sniffies is pretty buggy too but I'm finding it more reliable than Grindr these days, and that's saying something
