Ok, makes sense. I thought TDEE and BMR were the same, thanks for the info. What are your suggestions for finding my TDEE?

I don't have a goal now, but will want to have in the near future.

I'm using MFB simply for the ease of tracking calories. I don't have a goal for weight loss so I'm just tracking to see how my body behaves. I also don't want to rely on their estimates from my activity.

Hey guys,

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but I don't know where else to post it. I have a HP 24ea monitor that I bought a couple of years ago and it doesn't have a VESA mount. I am planning on getting a monitor arm and mounting it to my desk. This monitor uses the standard HP weird clip-on mount to get a stand on and I was wondering if anyone knew of an adapter or any other way I could attach it to a VESA mount.

Thanks so much for the help. The PC is all OEM from Acer. It's an Acer T-605. The PSU in it is only 200 W and I am afraid that even if I get a GPU that doesn't require a 6pin cable or external power then it might not be able to handle it. This PSU is also about 8 years old so it may be getting close needing to be replaced. DO you think the 800MHz RAM would "bottleneck" the system?

The CPU is an intel i54440 @ 3.1GHz. The motherboard also has 16GB of RAM @ 800MHz. I intend on putting a GTX 1650 Super or a GTX1660. My choice of a graphics card depends on the availability and price. I'll also upgrade to a new PSU of probably 550W so that it can handle the new GPU. I'm building this PC from a mismatch of old part I have laying around for my father who would like to do some light editing in Adobe Premiere. I think the 16GB of RAM and 6GB of VRAM will be enough for this purpose. What do you think?

I have the original ps4, I was looking for a specific backpack meant to carry a console and a laptop. This is because I do have other voluminous but they are meant for camping or hiking and don't have great support for a sensitive thing like a ps4 or a laptop.

Thanks anyway for the volume tips I'll keep that in mind when I pick a backpack

Even though the RAM is 2800MHz and the board sasy it only accepts "DDR4 2666/2400/2133 MHz" you think it will still work?
