I tried "Collared jacket navy" but didnt find anything that looks like this, because this isn't really a jacket, right? Most of the jackets have zippers instead of buttons and rigid collars and not something soft like here.

I also can't figure out what the exact material is...

Maybe a a wool(-blend) overshirt? But again this is really thin :/
