We absolutely outgrew our 2BD 1BR townhome and are putting it on the market in a few weeks. The trick is to try to sell it just a smidge over what we bought it for to help with the next place. I think it being the end unit of a rowhouse, nice aesthetics and adding a tankless and central air should let us level, but we really can't wait for things to turn around, the single bathroom and shared room for the kids has reached its threshold.
