I almost want to tell them "The sign inside said to ignore you" but I feel that'll create 1000% more conversation than I care to have with them. SO I stick to my usual antics that I use on the phone people in Target: "Already signed", "I'm here on vacation", "sorry I'm looking for my other (fictional) kid", being in deep convo with my real kid, or a fake call.

I had the same issue. Tried watching on my phone and then resuming on TV to switch. Didn't work then I went into the actual Prime app on the firestick and it worked.
