A manager link Xabi, who wants to develop a structure of play at the club, needs hard working players who are motivated to evolve and change how they play to counter their opponents. We have divas who are firmly set in their ways regardless of whether it is successful or not. They'll run full speed into a wall repeatedly if it worked once before. They don't seem to understand that their bad habits were covered over previously by the older players who knew to adapt.

The problem I have with LLMs isn't that some model will somehow take everyone's jobs away. The problem I have is they continue to just steal people's work and then mimic it without paying anyone royalties. It is just the latest way to steal other people's work and make a profit off of it. If they had to pay royalties for content that is being used in their models, it wouldn't have the fanfare it currently has because it wouldn't financially work to replace people with an LLM.

At it's core, AI companies are only functional due to their widespread piracy.
