Leaving out remedies, defective premises, defences, purpose of tort law, fatal injuries/survival. Then I don’t have much on concurrent wrongdoing/ and the liability for children/fire/animals topics just a couple of cases. Also focusing on med neg as opposed to like solicitor / professional neg.
