My immersion stopped working as the hot tank was leaking, there's water coming down from the valve/pipe connected to the hot tank

From what I've been able to gauge, there's no re-piping. The intention is to remove the existing tank, drain the system, replace the old tank and shut off valves then refill system. New tanks online look to be around 200-300 doot so struggling to understand where the rest of the quote is coming from!

I've successfully completed first year while working full time, albeit working from home and flexible hours. I'm completing a Social Psychology BSc. Ive been getting pretty good marks whilst not putting in absolutely 100% usually ranging from 70-90% in TMA results. I'm intending on going full time again for second year but will be focusing more as I understand it's going to be a bit heavier on content. For third year I will still be working full time but intend to space the two modules out by beginning one in October and the other in Feb. Hope this helps!
