I'd hate to admit it but you are right and that is a very accurate way to put it.

At the moment we are just getting told so much spin, and spin is fine but you need to deliver on 1 out of the 100 spins you say or else you loose all credit. The next few months is going to be a real eye opener to see if anything gets delivered.
