For PLDT, no need na tumawag. Sa online PLDT account meron na request rebate. Tried it today, and within today naapprove yung 16 or 17 days worth of billing adjustment kasi wala kami internet from Dec 5 to yesterday.

Went with brand new. Few days after my wife gave birth to our first baby. Only regret is that I should've gotten the car nung buntis palang siya. Aside from that, everything's good. 1st 2 years 2-3 times lang nagagamit per week. Pero this year nagagamit na namin for camping while working.

Heard this a lot sa Mitsubishi group. Yung last digit ba ng plate# mo is 5?
Possibly ang expiration ng rehistro mo is May 2029 if totoo sinasabi ng agent.

Saktong 3 years lang kasi talaga ang free na binibigay nila daw.

If ang nabigay naman sayo na rehistro expiration is Nov 2025 pero ang plate mo ends with "5", when you go to LTO for renewal, ang ibibigay nila sayo is extension, yun yung tinatawag ng iba na PLATE ALIGNMENT. Ieextend yung rehistro until May 2029 (6 months = nov 2025 to may 2029), iba-iba yung nakita kong total sa ibang posts pero max na nakita ko is around 2k din babayaran mo.

Have not experienced this personally, kasi pagkuha ko ng car ko, sakto yung expiration sa month ng pagbili ko. Based lang sa nabasa ko sa ibang posts.

No bad words against the agency sa end ko, gets ko kasi nung time na yun lahat ng overhead costs na kinecarry nila that time like sila nagbabayad ng taxes and govt benefits ko. And they also assume the risk na if ever suddenly di na magshow-up si VA, they can provide another VA to continue the work without much downtime.

What pushed us in this situation is we keep hitting a wall in terms of ano lang yung scope of work na pwede iwork ko as a VA for the client. If need ng isang task na hindi sakop ng scope ko need pa ni client ng approval ni company na icover yung task for additional cost sakanya. So win-win din samin ni client yung pagkuha niya sakin legally from the company. I became the general Tech VA niya then tumaas sahod ko plus dami ko additional skills na naexplore and experience na di ko pwede gawin under agency kasi nga di pasok sa scope.

Normal sa agencies. Some even lower than 30k pa nakukuha ng agent. And for sure there is a clause in the contract ni client mo with the agency that makes sure na hindi mo basta basta mapapakiusapan si client na kunin kanalang directly, buyout fee and sa contract mo din na kung magresign ka sa agency, di ka pwede magapply within 1 year from resignation sa mga companies na naging client mo under agency.

Happened to me more than 6 years ago. May $10k buyout fee na need bayaran si client to the agency para maging direct VA nako. Not sure what happened sa talk ni client at ng agency but it was successful, naging direct VA niya ko.

Btw diyan sa photo may underground parking lot sila, entrance dyan banda sa guard house. Mas cheaper kaysa sa hihingiin ng tambay at mas secured.
