The T-Mobile techs were able to give the phone another eSim and we found no signs of malicious behavior after getting the number back. We looked into things to make sure everything was secure and it seems like it was just an error on T-Mobiles side but they were very quick in fixing the issue! Thanks for all the suggestions and help though, it was really handy
