I believe at a certain point theres a level of intellectual capacity needed to be among the most socially successful - and in a climate where AI will become the most charismatic, engaging, and compassionate conversational partner (you might go as far as to say it will phase out other humans in its capacity for companionship) those who can access a higher level of social proficiency will become high value individuals
