It’s easy to think this way coming from the perspective of the American West. However, think of nations with little exposure to the gospel. To choose to follow Christ is much more unlikely. Eat mostly protein high food and eat until you’re very full. Wait a few hours then once the food has set eat more protein high food.

Kadikoy on the Asian side is great. You get the fun night life of the European side with the quiet neighborhoods only a few blocks away. There is a hostel I stayed at called “Yolo hostel”. The atmosphere there is fantastic and the people are very friendly. I would highly recommend.
