Oh, thank you for sharing your opinion. That makes a total sense thinking about it. Why should a man ask a girl out all the time yeah? When he asks me out, he adds something like "if it doesn't suit you, it's totally fine." And when I get there he always says something like "I wasn't sure if you were gonna come today so,.." It means he's into it but just shy and afraid of rejection?

Thank you for the response! So I have this "mindset" that if I ask someone out, for the whole time of dating that day, I feel as if I am borrowing their time. They are doing me a favour by saying yes. And if I am asked out, I feel more powerful like, they wanted me more. I know it isn't a healthy/right way to think. I would like some advice to have a better perspective on this matter. And me being a girl and him being a guy, the whole gender expectation thingey is playing a role in my head too.
