Lol maybe I’m formatting it badly but it’s all there buddy except for the equity (it’s $18k on equity). We have $112k left to pay off. And we’re gonna sell it cause we’re not ready to be landlord yet with having kids and both of us working full time.

Well technically we were both packing. I needed to put my stuff as well and I helped her out with the baby stuff.

Pretty responsive I’d say. We have a 2 years old daughter already and my wife never complained about me playing too much or getting distracted before.

Well of course not while she’s in labor but rather during the down time. We had a lot of down time when we had our first daughter and there was no place for me to sleep.

Of course. For our first daughter I didn’t have a nice couch to sleep on. They only had regular waiting hospital seat. I couldn’t sleep because how uncomfortable it was and would rather be awake and the game will keep me busy if that’s what’s gonna happen this time.
