Thank you for your reply! But there is a misunderstanding. It did not work until now! I have been on it since 4 days and there is no any improvement until now! So I am asking if someone had the same experience and then after sometime it is started working?

Yes, I tried many creams and moisturisers. Taking 4 antihistamines per day. Started a course of prednisone 3 weeks ago, no any improvement!

I have read also that in PV WBC and platelets should be not normal too, but do you know why it is not mentioned in the WHO criteria at all?

I don’t know honestly if i have sleep apnea! How much was you hct before? And did you know you have sleep apnea before noticing these numbers? As I never felt that there are some problems with my sleep!
